I Really Want To Hang Out With This Girl :/ ?

I really like this girl but she works everyday. I’m just not sure how I would even go out with her if she’s working all the time. I asked if she was works everyday and she said yes. Then I said haha making that paper and she was like mhmm bread for days. I got a haircut and changed my profile pic and she commented on it with “better’. She seems to have a good plan about her future. She wants to finish school and save money to move to LA just like me. She’s cute and funny too. I’m 23 and she’s 18. Is that a bad thing? How should I ask her out if she’s working all the time? I thought maybe ask if she’s free in a couple weeks to this party me and my friend are throwing. There’s not going to be alcohol just good music/fun. I thought maybe I could take her to the park and maybe to the mall, dinner, and a movie. It’s hard because I want to go out with her but I don’t want to be pushy. I wonder if she knows I like her. I always asks how she’s doing.
